This Legal Center describes how we handle your data and the terms that apply when you access or use our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to both the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Services.
In case of conflict between this overview and the detailed sections below, the detailed Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will always prevail.
We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. The types of information we collect include:
Account and contact information. When you create an account or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, role, and any other details you choose to provide.
Usage and device information. We collect information about how you access and use the Services, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visits.
Customer content. If you upload, submit, or store content in connection with the Services, we process that content as instructed by you and in accordance with our data processing commitments.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Providing and improving the Services. To operate, maintain, and enhance the features and functionality of the Services, including troubleshooting and technical support.
Security and abuse prevention. To protect the Services, our users, and the public, including detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Communication. To send you service-related notices, respond to your requests, and provide important updates about changes to our terms or policies. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing communications.
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, and consent (where we expressly ask for it).
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need the information, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices.
