We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Send unlawful, unsolicited, or fraudulent communications
Interfere with service operations
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Reverse engineer proprietary systems
You are responsible for ensuring your use of messaging features complies with applicable telecommunications laws.
Account Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials and ensuring lawful contact data collection.
AutoClient is not liable for misuse of your account.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
AutoClient owns all proprietary methodologies, systems, workflows, and documentation.
Clients retain ownership of their business data.
Materials may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
Third-Party Platforms
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including CRM systems, scheduling tools, communication providers, and payment processors.
AutoClient is not responsible for outages, disruptions, or policy changes by third parties.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
AutoClient by Velvetgold is not responsible for carrier messaging charges.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and may be impacted by factors outside our control.
Participation in our SMS program is subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier.
Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or receive SMS messages.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AutoClient disclaims all implied warranties
AutoClient is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to AutoClient in the preceding twelve (12) months

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
